 ONLINE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We at polkaco hope you love your purchase. Please let us know if you are unhappy and we will happily exchange or credit note your purchase. Customers must contact polkaco Pty. Ltd. by email within 14 days form the date of purchase in order to make a return for exchange or credit note. Your item(s) can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
Items will be accepted subject to the following conditions:
-Items are return to polkaco within 14 days of receipt.
-Items are in original condition, with all tags intact. 
-Items are accompanied in their original packaging.

-original order reference number.
-date of purchase
-items to be returned for exchange or credit note
-state the reason for return
-state your preference of exchange or credit note.

LOST OR DAMAGED

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days so that we can investigate this for you. All polkaco orders require a signature on delivery.

We cannot take any responsibility for loss of items that have been signed for.
